Lemon balm is a member of the mint family and has been used since the Middle Ages for relaxation.* At Royal Green, we use a 5:1 concentration. The rhodiola is sourced from North America and Canada, growing in cold, mountainous regions. Rhodiola root contains over 140 active compounds, delivered in a 2:1 concentration. The organic saffron comes from Iran and is provided in a 5:1 concentration.

Suggested use: 1-2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal. Food supplements should not be a replacement for a varied and balanced diet, and a healthy lifestyle. Don’t exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a cool and dry place and keep out of reach of young children.
