Week 1 & 2
- Take a warm bath for about 10 minutes with at least 250 g of Dead Sea Salt, or enjoy a shower using Mineral Body Wash and Face Wash for the face.
- Gently dry the skin and cover the affected areas with a thick layer of Black Mud. You may wrap the area with plastic film and a towel or blanket, though this is optional. Relax in an empty bath or sit on a plastic stool in a warm room and let the mud work for approximately 10 minutes.
- Remove the wrap and take a warm, relaxing bath for around 20 minutes, or enjoy a long warm shower.
- Massage the skin thoroughly with Mineral Face & Body Lotion or Mineral Day & Night Cream.
- Apply Repair Oil directly to any affected areas for extra nourishment.
Week 3 & 4
Continue the treatment by repeating steps 1 to 5 three times a week.
On the other days, keep your routine simple: cleanse your skin with Mineral Body Wash and Face Wash, then massage your skin with Mineral Face & Body Lotion, or use Mineral Day & Night Cream for the face.
Note: Your skin may feel a little unsettled during the first week, this is completely normal.
By week two, you’ll often start to notice visible improvement, and after four weeks your skin will usually feel much calmer, or even completely clear.
If you feel your skin needs extra care, you can safely repeat the treatment.
Maintain Your Results
Keep your skin in balance with daily care:
- At least once a week: enjoy a relaxing Dead Sea Salt bath.
- Every day: cleanse with Mineral Body Wash and Face Wash, then nourish your skin with Mineral Body Butter, Mineral Face & Body Lotion, or Mineral Day & Night Cream.
As needed: apply Repair Oil to areas that need extra attention, or pamper your skin with the Black Mud treatment.
