Delivery in the Netherlands & Belgium - Consumers

Free delivery for orders of €25,- or more

For online consumer orders with a value below €25,- we charge a low fixed fee of €3,94 (Shipping & Administration costs), regardless of the number of products you order. Orders of €25,- or more are delivered free of charge to your home or office*. *For delivery, we use the services of PostNL. For shipments within the Netherlands, the following standard service applies: if the goods are handed over to PostNL on time, delivery will normally take place the next day (PostNL delivery days: Monday to Saturday until 21:30). Not at home during the first delivery attempt: the courier will deliver your parcel to a neighbour or to a nearby PostNL location. The courier will leave a card with a 'not-at-home code'. With this code, you can check PostNL Track & Trace to see where you can collect your parcel. Parcel delivered to a PostNL location: PostNL will keep your parcel for 7 days at the PostNL location. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. For Payment on delivery shipments (UPS): the recipient must sign for (and pay upon) collection at the UPS pick-up point. If you do not collect the parcel in time, it will be returned to us. UPS's standard timeframes apply. For shipments to Belgium, PostNL uses an indicative delivery time of 1-2 working days.

At the moment, we do not offer Track & Trace codes for guest customers. If you have an account with The Green Chapter, you can find the PostNL Track & Trace number of your shipment under My account under My shipments. The PostNL Track & Trace number can be found in the field 'Track' for the relevant shipment. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact our customer service.

100% plastic-free tape and biodegradable packing filler material

It's good to know that the tape we use to seal our shipping boxes is made from biodegradable paper. The packing filler we use (FLO-PAK BIO) is made from natural starch and is 100% biodegradable. In this way, we help to reduce the use of single-use plastics and prevent plastic litter.


Ordering process

Placing an order at The Green Chapter is quick and easy. Select the product(s) of your choice and add them to the shopping basket. Once your order is complete, you can begin the checkout process directly from the basket. To do this, click on the basket icon or the link 'View basket', followed by the 'Checkout' button. If you have ordered from The Green Chapter before and already created an account, you can log in at this stage. If you are ordering for the first time, you can either create an account, or continue as a guest. Next, check that all information is correct and select your preferred payment method. In the 'Order overview', you will see the items you are ordering, any applicable shipping & administration fees or payment charges, and the total amount due when placing the order. Here you will also find our Terms and Conditions, which you must accept before placing your order. You can then place your order by clicking the 'Pay' button. After this, you will be redirected to the payment platform of our payment provider Buckaroo, if you have selected Buckaroo as payment method. If you have chosen Payment on delivery as payment method, you will remain on The Green Chapter website. Once this process is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you place your order on working days before 12:00 noon, we will usually hand it over to PostNL or UPS the same day for delivery the next day (PostNL), or in 2-3 working days (UPS pick-up-point).
