Complaints about product/ service/ delivery
You can report complaints about products, and/or service, and/or delivery via the online contact form, or by phone (+31 226 364411) during working days from 08:30 to 17:00. If you have received products that are damaged or not of good quality, please notify us within seven days after delivery. We aim to respond to your complaint within three working days. You will receive a substantive reply no later than 14 days after submitting your complaint. If you are not satisfied with how your complaint is handled, you may refer it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP, The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

All items you purchase from us come with statutory warranty. This means that a product must be or do what a consumer can reasonably expect it to be or do.
