Royal Green Mountain Honey is harvested high in the remote mountains of Mexico — one of the last remaining wild landscapes on Earth. From this rich and diverse flora, the bees collect nectar that matures in the hive into an irresistibly delicious honey.
Most (organic) honeys on the market are unfortunately blended. Labels stating ‘Blend of EU and non-EU honeys’ are legally permitted, allowing different honey qualities to be mixed. Needless to say, we never do this. We work with second- and third-generation beekeepers who still practise their craft with care and respect, producing the finest honey — always 100% pure, organic, and made with love for the bees.

Never pressure-filtered
 Before honey can be jarred, it must first be cleaned. This can be done through industrial pressing or traditional sieving. Industrial methods use high pressure to push honey through filters quickly. Traditional sieving, however, takes days — no heat, no pressure, just patience. At Royal Green, we’re in no rush; we value raw, unprocessed honey that retains all its natural nutrients and goodness.
