This delicate, fruity honey is a true culinary delight, sourced directly from the pristine regions of Cuba. It is a certified organic honey, produced from a diverse variety of wildflowers.
Unfortunately, most (organic) honey on the market is blended. Labels may state blend of EU and non-EU honey, as legislation permits different grades of honey to be mixed. We never do this. Our honey is crafted by 2nd and 3rd generation beekeepers who still use traditional methods, resulting in the finest honey.
Always 100% pure, organic, and made with care for the bees.

Never pressure-filtered
Before honey can be jarred, it must first be cleaned. This can be done either by mechanical pressure filtration or by traditional sieving. To speed up processing, many brands use pressure filtration, forcing the honey through a filter under high pressure. Traditional sieving and processing can take several days, but involves no high pressure and generates no heat. At Royal Green, we take our time, choosing unprocessed honey so that all valuable nutrients are preserved.
