The artisanal process
After harvesting, each coconut is first freed from its green husk, leaving the brown hard shell. The shell is cracked open, and the fresh coconut meat is manually extracted. The meat is then given an ice-cold wash, cleaned, and prepared for cold pressing. After pressing, the coconut oil undergoes rigorous quality control. Only when it meets our purity standards is it bottled in our glass jars. This meticulous process ensures the purest quality.
Beware of misleading brands
Some brands claim to offer “premium coconut oil,” but tests show that many cheaper cold-pressed oils are blended with deodorised coconut oil. This is misleading, as you do not get 100% pure cold-pressed coconut oil.
